Food Processing, Packaging & Pharmaceutical Production professionals will gather for a half-day workshop to tackle machinery care and reliability improvement issues through laboratory time, classroom workshops, hands-on training and preparation for the new ICML Food Production Lubrication Badge Certification. The goal of this workshop will be to share and learn best practices in reliability-based lubrication and lubricant analysis techniques to deliver cost saving solutions to the attendees and their companies.
Some topics being covered: FDA and CGMP Lubricant Regulations, FSMA Implications for lubrication, Database Development and criteria using NAVIGATOR(tm) software, Creating a Clean-Inspect-Lube culture in food/pharma production, and the Body of Knowledge for the FPL Badge, including practice exam questions.
Who should attend: Plant Supervisors, Plant Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Machine Lubrication Engineers, Machine Lubrication Technicians, Machine Lubricant Analysts, Training Coordinators and Food Production or Pharmaceutical Industry professionals.
Attendees who wish to sit for the ICML Certification Exam scheduled for the conclusion of the class should contact ICML (www.lubecouncil.org) directly to schedule and pay for exam fees.
Attendees are also invited to a site tour of ADUSA, which opened in 2002 as the largest automated warehouse in the US. The tour will follow the completion of the exam, for an overview of operations and their onsite lubricant analysis lab. (ES3: Supply Chain Management & Third Party Logistics)
