Machine Lubricant Analyst Level 2 (MLA-II) Training

This course will prepare the attendee for the ICML Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level II certification exam. The course will focus on proper greasing, oil lubrication methods, oil and grease sampling and analysis, and setting up and maintaining a lubricant analysis laboratory or lab provider relationship. Attendees will experience a lab environment as a hands-on experience of key sampling and analysis tests are performed as exercises in our lab.  

With this course, attendees will also learn how to ensure proper selection and application of lubricants, obtain representative samples, provide meaningful analysis, and take the right course of action for optimal machinery reliability.

If you plan on taking the ICML Certification Exam this class is a good choice.  Materials will be mailed to the students upon receipt of payment, which is required before the first day of class.  The earlier the payment is received, the more time the student will have to review the materials.  Also, we will distribute practice exams during the class, giving the students the opportunity to review or answer the exam under simulated conditions.  We will review the answers together during the class review period, and help you understand how to improve your performance for the real thing.

Students must register and pay for the exam in advance in order for it to be ready for participation on the last day.  Students should contact ICML directly to enroll in the exam.
